Attendance at this special meeting is optional for committee members.

2. General Public Comment

Public comment on any issue within the Committee’s general jurisdiction that is not covered by another item on this agenda.

3. Voting System Component Development

Discussion and possible action regarding OSVTAC developing and/or facilitating the development of one or more voting system components as a proof of concept.

Materials contained in the agenda packets for meetings are available for inspection and copying during regular office hours at the Department of Elections, City Hall Room 48. Materials are placed in the Elections Commission’s Public Binder no later than 72 hours prior to meetings. Any materials distributed to members of the Committee within 72 hours of the meeting or after the agenda packet has been delivered to the members are available for inspection at the Department of Elections, City Hall Room 48, in the Commission’s Public Binder, during normal office hours.

Cell phones, pagers and similar sound-producing electronic devices: The ringing of and use of cell phones, pagers and similar sound-producing electronic devices are prohibited at this meeting. The Chair may order the removal from the meeting room of any person responsible for the ringing or use of a cell phone, pager, or other similar sound-producing electronic devices.

Disability Access: The meeting will be held in the Martin Paley Conference Room (3rd Floor), The San Francisco Public Library, 100 Larkin Street (at Grove Street), San Francisco, CA. The meeting room is wheelchair accessible. The nearest accessible BART station is Civic Center (Market/Grove/Hyde Streets). Accessible MUNI Metro lines are the F, J, K, L, M, N, T (exit at Civic Center or Van Ness Stations). MUNI bus lines also serving the area are the 5, 5R, 6, 7, 7R, 7X, 9, 9R, 19, 21, 47, and 49.
